Ontario’s Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs has launched an ambitious new initiative to honour achievements in the agri-business sector.

In a recent media release, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Lisa Thompson said the awards will recognize those who go “above and beyond” setting the standard and leading by example to ensure we can continue to grow Ontario.”

Applications will be accepted until Sept. 14, with the winners to be announced in November at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.
