It was a family affair at the Chatham Public Library Friday at the Happy Noon Year’s Eve event, which saw an all ages group getting an early jump on celebrating 2023.
Youngsters Kaylin Wilson and Eric Wilson had fun making shakers and hats with their mom Kathleen Garrett and grandma Dianne Garrett.
