The Chatham-Kent Police Service seeks the public’s assistance in identifying this man in a theft investigation that occurred on July 23 at Shopper’s Drug Mart on Grand Avenue in Chatham.
The man was seen driving a gold, Dodge Caravan.
The plates on the vehicle were reported stolen from Windsor, police say.
