Editor: On Mother’s Day, my friend and I were walking our dogs on Eugenie Street. As we were walking, a sweet young man pulled his van over and handed us both a gift-wrapped carnation.
What a nice gesture!
In this day and age when many people seem to be out for themselves, this kind soul made our day by handing us flowers. He has inspired us to pay it forward and do another random act of kindness for someone else.
