Editor: Just interested about an environmental test on the Navistar property because of all the paint and oil that was leaked and buried there.
Some of the old gas station properties around town have been empty and unusable because of the cost of clean up. The old Shell station beside Maple City bakery had to dig down 50 feet and haul the contaminated soil away.
Is there a different law for the Navistar property?
