Moderna vaccines will be going into arms in Wallaceburg Thursday.
The clinic takes place between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. at Chatham-Kent Community Health Centres’ Wallaceburg site at 808 Dufferin Ave. in Wallaceburg.
The clinic will be administering the COVID-19 Moderna vaccines to anyone from the public aged 18 years and older.
The clinic will accept walk-in appointments as able. However, residents are encouraged to book an appointment by calling 519-397-5455 ext. 322.
The clinic will accept individuals for their first or second doses of Moderna as long as they meet the provincial eligibility for the second dose interval. Individuals seeking a second dose should call to book an appointment in advance to confirm they meet the provincial eligibility.
This covid-19 vaccine community clinic is being delivered via a partnership with Chatham-Kent Community Health Centres, Tilbury District Family Health Team, Chatham-Kent Family Health Team, Thamesview Family Health Team, Medavie EMS Ontario, Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team and supported by Chatham-Kent Public Health.
