Shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday morning, Chatham-Kent police were called to a Harvey Street residence for a disturbance.
Police say a male party confronted officers, pushing and kicking them.
A 29-year-old man faced charges of assaulting police, resisting arrest and breach of probation.
