Yesterday afternoon, Chatham-Kent police officers spotted a man at the courthouse who police say was involved in a mischief complaint at a Chatham residence recently.
A 43-year-old Chatham man is charged with interfering with the lawful use of property.
Early this morning an officer spotted a man out for a stroll on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg.
It was 3:30 a.m.
The problem is police say the man is bound by an overnight curfew after being released from custody in late November.
A search revealed the man to be in possession of stolen credit cards.
A 25-year-old Chatham man is charged with failing to comply and possession of stolen property.
