The Ministry of Labour is investigating following a serious industrial accident Monday afternoon in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent police say the mishap took place about 1 p.m. at Truly Green Farms on Bloomfield Road.
A 20-year-old Chatham woman was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
