Chatham-Kent police say an officer on patrol Monday afternoon saw that a vehicle’s plate sticker had expired. As the officer went to pull the vehicle over, he noticed the driver toss something out of the window of the vehicle.
Police say the officer spoke with the driver and retrieved the item that got chucked out of the vehicle, and then arrested the man.
A 32-year-old Blenheim man is charged with drug possession, three counts of breach of recognizance and a number of Highway Traffic Act offences.
