It appears the bullies were out in full force on Halloween, at least near Ursuline College Chatham around the lunch hour yesterday.
Chatham-Kent police say four male teens began to follow another teen about 12:30 p.m. near UCC. One of them approached the lone male teen and pointed an Air Soft pellet gun at him while the three others, wearing balaclavas, surrounded the victim.
Eventually, everyone went their separate ways and police were contacted.
Officers identified their suspects and found them all at a residence at 3:25 p.m.
As a result, four Chatham teens, aged 13, 14, 14, and 15, face charges of assault with a weapon and disguise with intent.
Two were released with future court dates, while two others remained in custody.
