Dude, that’s kilometres per hour, not miles per hour.

A Chatham-Kent OPP officer clocked a car doing in excess of 160 kilometres per hour on Highway 401 near Victoria Road recently.

On July 29 at about 1 a.m., the officer’s radar indicated the car was zipping along at more than 100 mph, while the posted speed limit is 100 km/h.

A 27-year-old Oshawa man is now cooling his jets without his licence or his car.

He faces charges of stunt driving and failing to provide valid insurance.

His car has been impounded for a week and his licence pulled for the same time.
