Last night at approximately 11:00 PM, two men who were known to each other got into a verbal dispute at a residence on Charing Cross Rd. During the argument, one of the men struck the other several times with a golf club. The accused was located a short time later and placed under arrest. The victim suffered only minor injuries.
A 54-year-old Harwich Township man has been charged with assault with a weapon. He has been released from custody with conditions and a future court date.
