The filming of a cycling safety video will close several roads in Chatham for a few hours this week.

Weather permitting, the filming will take place Thursday.

Cecile Avenue and Faubert Drive will be closed for a three-hour period between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Cecile will be impacted west of Lacroix, while Faubert will be closed off between Kenny Avenue and Indian Creek Road

Lacroix Street from Cecile to Indian Creek will be shut down for three hours sometime between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Riverview Line west of Chatham will also be impacted for three hours sometime between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The closure will take place between Bloomfield and Dillon roads.

Local traffic will still be permitted during the closure periods.

If the weather doesn’t co-operate, the rain date for the filming and road closures is for Friday.
