A man is in custody after two little kids saw someone pleasuring himself in public last night.
Police say at about 5 p.m., the two children were playing in a park on Wellington Street in Chatham when they looked over the fence into a ravine area and saw the man masturbating.
Officers found the man and made their arrest.
A 31-year-old man of no fixed address is charged with committing an indecent act.
