The Chatham-Kent Family Health Team is comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse educators, dietitian services, social work that provide primary health-care services for people of all ages in Chatham-Kent.
Recently the team came together and donated 85 toys to Chatham Goodfellows to ensure “No Child Without a Christmas.”
Chatham Goodfellows provide food and toys for an estimated 1500 families in Chatham and the former townships of Chatham, Dover and Harwich, Raleigh and the Merlin Community in partnership with the Merlin Legion.
