Bank threat investigated

Around 5:00 p.m. last night, the TD Canada Trust Bank on St. Clair Street in Chatham received an anonymous phone call from a man threatening to cause harm to those at the bank.

Employees and customers were quickly evacuated and the bank closed their doors for the reminder of the night.

No one was injured.

The incident remains under investigation by the Chatham-Kent Police Service Major Crime Unit.
