Two Chatham men face charges following a pair of accidents in Chatham-Kent yesterday.
Police say about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, a driver lost control of his vehicle and hit a pole on Mariners Road in Erieau. The man wasn’t injured. Damage is estimated at $7,000.
A 43-year-old Chatham man was charged with careless driving.
Shortly after 6 p.m. in Tilbury, police responded to a two-car crash on Mill Street West near Albert Street.
No one was hurt and damage is pegged at about $1,500.
A 65-year-old Chatham man is charge with making a turn not in safety.
