Chatham-Kent police made an arrest in connection with a Dec. 10 theft from a Wallaceburg grocery store.
Police say on that day, at about 7:10 p.m., a woman entered the store sporting a balaclava, grabbed some meat and fled. Officers weren’t able to find her that night, but did get an ID.
About 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night, an officer saw the suspect walking along Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg, and made the arrest.
A 33-year-old Wallaceburg woman faces charges of theft.
