Goodfellows Uly Bondy and Ken Brown accept a donation from Robert Campbell during the recent Street Sales campaign, which raised $34,000.

The 60th annual Street Sales campaign by the Chatham Goodfellows raised more than $36,000, beating last year by $300.

Goodfellows volunteers, including Jim Blake and Bruce Corcoran from The Chatham Voice, were in front of businesses taking donations Friday and Saturday throughout Chatham.

The board of directors appreciates the turnout of the volunteers as well as the donations from area residents to help ensure “No Child Without a Christmas.”

Next up for the Goodfellows is the delivery of toys Dec. 17, followed by the food packing Dec. 18.
