Chatham-Kent has international visitors coming Friday.
Zhang Xiaohua, vice chairman of Changchun Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference will be in town. He is to sign a co-operation agreement promoting exchanges of economic, cultural and educational nature between Changchun and Chatham-Kent.
Xiaohua and Hope will ink the agreement at 2 p.m. in council chambers.
