A Chatham family benefitted Tuesday from the Toyota Holiday Wishmaker program.
During the 24 days of December leading up to Christmas, the Ontario Toyota Dealers Association (OTDA) is granting wishes to folks across the province.
Shelley Bechard-Kloostra and her daughters, thanks to the recommendation of a family friend, received a visit from Toyota representatives.
Shelley lost her husband, teacher Paul Kloostra to a heart attack last January. Since Christmas was such a special time for the family, she has found it difficult to replace their broken tree.
Enter Toyota. The dealers association replaced her tree and are having a special tree topper done in Paul’s memory.
The OTDA will fulfill one wish each day until Christmas.
So nice of Shelley to get a new tree and make some new memories for Christmas. This will be a hard Christmas for you but please know we are all thinking of you and you are still in our prayers.
