An Amherstburg man has a day in court after a traffic stop last night in Chatham-Kent.
According to local OPP, an officer pulled over a Jeep Wrangler for speeding on Highway 401 near Scane Road just before midnight.
The officer smelled marijuana and searched the vehicle.
Dannavan Carter, 39, is charged with possession of marijuana and speeding in connection with the incident.
