A Wallaceburg man faces multiple charges after a scrap between a tenant and his landlords recently.

Chatham-Kent police say on Tuesday, a man got into an argument with the couple he rented a house from on William Street in Wallaceburg, and he ultimately threatened the couple and other family members, and attacked the house with a crow bar.

Officers were called in Wednesday morning and they made an arrest.

A 47-year-old Wallaceburg man is charged with mischief over $5,000 and three counts of uttering threats in connection with this incident.
