East Side Pride (ESP) members, with the assistance of Union Gas’ Helping Hands program, replaced three flowering trees on the weekend in BME Freedom Park in Chatham.
The previous trees had been afflicted with black knot, a fungus, and had to be removed. Eastern redbud trees are now in their place.
