The Chatham-Kent Major Peewee Cyclones had a split of a weekend, toping Hamilton and then falling to Brantford.
On Nov. 16, the Cyclones beat the Hamilton Huskies 3-1. Evan Wells led the way with a pair of goals. Aidan Lachine scored the winner.
The next day, Brantford prevailed 4-3, with the winning goal coming on a penalty shot late in the second period.
Malcolm Campbell, Dylan Schives and Cole Mackinnin had the Cylone markers.
