A Tilbury man faces assault charges after a family argument turned violent in Tilbury Monday afternoon.
Chatham-Kent police received the call about 2:15 p.m. to attend an address on Pearl Street.
Officers learned a father and son were arguing and it got physical. Police say the son suffered minor injuries.
