
A Chatham man faces multiple counts of assault and uttering threats in the wake of a domestic violence investigation by Chatham-Kent police.
Police were called to a Chatham home on Monday about 12:25 p.m. Officers investigated and determined that multiple recent and historic incidents of abuse had occurred.
The investigating officers also saw visible injuries to the victim, as well as property damage at the residence.
As a result, a Chatham man, 27, is charged with four counts of assault, two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and one count of mischief.
