A Merlin man is dead following a Sunday morning crash on Talbot Trail.
Chatham-Kent police say the crash took place about 10:30 a.m. between Goulet Road and Kendall Road, southeast of Merlin.
Officers arrived on the scene to see the involved vehicles had suffered extensive damage.
The driver of one of the vehicles, a 37-year-old Merlin man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two occupants from the second vehicle were taken to hospital with significant but non-life-threatening injuries.
This investigation is on-going, and the name of the deceased will not be released at this time out of respect for the family’s privacy, police say..
