A Chatham man faces charges after reportedly wandering around a Chatham neighbourhood Wednesday evening in the buff.
Police got the call about 8 p.m., fielding a report of a naked man out in public on Delaware Avenue.
Officers found the clothing-challenged individual and quickly surmised he was under the influence of an intoxicating substance.
