Fire damage to a duplex in Tilbury has displaced two occupants.
Chatham-Kent fire crews from Tilbury and Merlin responded to a call about 10 a.m. Tuesday to 3 Sunset Place for a report of a fire.
One of the units suffered fire damage, while the adjacent unit suffered water damage, fire officials said.
There were no injuries.
The fire remains under investigation.
The building is a Municipality of Chatham-Kent housing property.
