Big or small, young or old, it appears we all love Halloween. Just ask this massive skeleton who appears to have broken away from his bonds to take a stroll down Wellington Street in Chatham. Halloween is right around the corner and the little ghosts, goblins, ghouls and superheroes will be out on our streets Oct. 31 in their quest for candy!
