A call to report suspicious activity last night in Chatham led two a pair of arrests.
Chatham-Kent police got the call Tuesday evening shortly after 7:30 p.m. that something was up on Forsyth Street. They responded and officers located a man and a woman.
Police learned the man was bound by conditions not to communicate with the woman, and the woman was also bound by conditions not to communicate with the man. Both were arrested and transported to police headquarters.
A 39-year-old Chatham man was charged with failing to comply with a probation order.
A 33-year-old Chatham woman was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking.
