Seventy-four homes sold last month.
“Home sales have been slowing in recent months, and that trend continued to play out in November,” Randy Korpan, President of the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors, said in a press release. “Additionally, the strength of sales in the high end of the market last fall compared to fewer of those sales this fall continues to be reflected in year-over-year declines.”
The average price of homes sold last month was just under $133,400, down 10% from November of last year.
