It’s the season of thievery in Chatham-Kent.
Around 2:30 a.m. today, someone set off an alarm at Tilbury Delta Power Equipment.
Thieve stole two gold Can-Am ATVs and a trailer, worth a combined $30,000, according to police.

Sometime over the weekend, thieves forced their way into a locked compound on Grand Avenue East in Chatham and stole tools from an unlocked trailer.
Estimated value of the stolen goods is $4,000.

On Monday, sometime between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., somebody got into a garage on Countryview Line and stole various tools and a generator.

Also yesterday, someone made off with a Black Energizer bag containing a laptop, GPS and keys. They were lifted from a vehicle parked on St. Clair Street in Chatham.
