Chatham-Kent police say several vehicle owners received tickets Thursday night after officers showed up to Erieau last night and observed the vehicles parked on the beach, close to the water.
The tickets were for prohibited activity.
Police remind motorists it’s illegal to park a vehicle on the beach.
