Tony Almeida of Maple City Homes speaks to curious visitors at 205 Summerset Pl. in Chatham Saturday. The open-concept home, part of a duplex, was one of four homes on display for the annual Chatham-Kent Home Builder’s Association Parade of Homes. Rumble Homes, Bouma Builders and Ewald Homes also had homes showcased for the day.
