People coming into Chatham by train will encounter a more visually appealing vista on the north side of the tracks, thanks to Entegrus employees.
The staff of the power company revamped a 400-foot stretch of land between the rail line and Entegrus-owned property on Queen St. It’s been transformed into a trio of gardens, complete with benches, walkway and a new sign welcoming visitors to Chatham-Kent.
Work on the gardens finished in time for the arrival of the Communities in Bloom international judges July 25.
