Chatham-Kent police pulled 10 guns out of an apartment on Grand Avenue West Tuesday afternoon.
According to one witness, police entered 805 Grand Ave. West and proceeded up to the 11th floor.
Police say officers were acting on a tip and came out of the apartment with two handguns, a pair of shotguns, five rifles and a BB gun. Police also seized a quantity of ammunition, and say the ammo and the guns were not stored properly or safely.
A 59-year-old Chatham man is charged with multiple firearm-related offences in connection with the incident.
