Chatham-Kent police say a woman had to flee her home with her child after being assaulted Sunday evening.
Police say about 6:30 p.m., officers responded to a Wallaceburg address after the woman and child fled.
The woman did not require medical attention.
Police arrested a 23-year-old Wallaceburg man in connection with the incident. He’s charged with three counts of assault and three of mischief.
