Local athletes with Chatham-Kent roots brought home the bling from the Special Olympics National Summer Games held in Vancouver, BC this month.
Supported by Community Living Chatham-Kent, Terri Bell was a silver medalist in individual competition 5-pin bowling,
Colin Bisschop won silver in team competition 5-pin bowling,
Steven Williams medaled in two events, taking home the silver in team competition and bronze in individual competition 5-pin bowling.
“We salute Terri, Colin, Steve and offer all the athletes the congratulations of Community Living Chatham-Kent,” said Lu-Ann Cowell, Executive Director.
