A cranky Chatham teenager faces charges after police say officers witnessed the kid damage property on Friday morning.
Police were called about 10:30 a.m. over a dispute at an Edgar Street residence in Chatham.
When the officers arrived, police say they tried to de-escalate the argument between two youths.
However, police say one of the teens damaged property of the other…right in front of the cops.
A 16-year-old Chatham lad is charged with mischief.
