Sir: I am writing about the 700 jobs poised to come to Chatham-Kent, according to Mayor Hope.
To me, the timing of this has a bad smell to it. The municipal election is just around the corner. Why did this come out now?
We have seen I the provincial election that the leaders will tell you anything you want to hear, such as 1-million jobs, to get your vote.
Why is this any different?
