Why are you running?
I’m running because I believe Chatham-Kent needs a stronger voice for taxpayers. I’m not a career politician, I’m a working person who wants council to focus on affordability, responsible spending, and making our community a better place to live.
What are the two biggest issues for the next term of council?
Affordability and economic growth. We need to control property taxes and make sure taxpayer dollars are spent responsibly, while attracting better paying jobs and businesses to Chatham-Kent.
What do you hope to achieve if elected?
I want to make Chatham-Kent more affordable, improve our parks and recreation facilities, encourage good jobs and investment, and bring greater accountability and common sense to council decisions.
What skills and experience do you bring?
I bring real-world working experience, financial responsibility, and the willingness to listen. I’m not afraid to ask difficult questions, challenge decisions when necessary, or stand up for taxpayers. I believe council needs people who understand the pressures ordinary families face.
Are you a fan of Donald Trump? (Yes or no) Yes.
