This season, St. Andrew’s continues its Timeless concert series with Time After Time, an evening of music that brings together choir and orchestra in a celebration of songs that have echoed across generations.
This concert will be presented on April 18 at 7 pm.
Featuring the full forces of St. Andrew’s 60 voice Concert Choir, Bel Canto Children’s Choir, and the C-K Chamber Orchestra, Time After Time invites audiences to experience music that has shaped moments, memories, and milestones. From beloved classics to iconic melodies that continue to resonate today, the program explores how music connects us again and again across time.
With the direction of Devon Hansen, director of Music at St. Andrew’s, this concert reflects both the depth and evolution of the program he has built over more than a decade. Hansen brings together performers of all ages in a unified artistic vision, one that speaks to the enduring power of music in the community.
“Music doesn’t end when the sound stops – it lingers,” Hansen said in a media release. “Time After Time is about those moments that stay with us. The songs that come back, that mean something new each time we hear them, and that remind us of where we’ve been.”
Set within the acoustic gem that is the sanctuary of St. Andrew’s, this concert promises an evening that is both intimate and expansive, reflective and uplifting.
All are welcome. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Donations (suggested $20 per person) will be gratefully accepted at the door and will go toward the music program at St. Andrew’s.
