Mischief on Wellington
Not only was a man not wanted at a specific location, police say he was under court orders to stay away.
On top of that, police say he defaced the building in question on Wellington Street.
This all happened Thursday afternoon, about 3:40 p.m.
Officers learned a man had defaced the building, and that he was in break of a court order to not be within 100 metres of the building.
As a result, a 39-year-old Chatham man is charged with mischief and failing to comply.
