A report of suspicious activity by a masked man has led to charges.
Police were called shortly before 11 p.m. Wednesday night to Woods Street for a complaint about a suspicious person.
Witnesses reported seeing a man, dressed in all black and wearing a mask, peering into the windows of a home. Concerned neighbours detained the man until officers arrived.
A 30-year-old man is charged with trespassing by night.
