A Wallaceburg man is up on charges after someone broke into a residence in Wallaceburg Tuesday.
Police were called shortly after 6:30 p.m. over a reported theft from a Murray Street residence.
Officers investigated and quickly had their suspect identified.
Police say the man entered the home without permission and took property from inside.
A 44-year-old Wallaceburg man is charged with break and enter with intent.
