Four people are in custody after Chatham-Kent police received a report of a home invasion taking place in Merlin this morning.
Police say the report indicated there was a firearm in play. Officers contained the area and ultimately made the apprehensions.
The investigation is continuing, police say, adding they believe there is no worry about public safety in relation to the matter.
