
Car flips on Keil Dr. bridge
A driver avoided serious injuries when her car flipped on the Keil Drive Bridge Tuesday evening.
The crash occurred shortly before 6 p.m. Police say the vehicle hit the curb and overturned, coming to rest upside down on the bridge.
Emergency crews attended. Police say the driver, a 25-year-old Harwich Township woman, was able to get out of the vehicle and was listed being in stable condition. She was taken to hospital for medical care.
There was no structural damage to the bridge. Traffic in the area was temporarily affected and the roadway was reopened shortly thereafter.

A local man faces charges after someone beat up a doorbell recently at a residence on King Street West in Chatham.
Officers investigated and learned a man had damaged the doorbell/intercom system.
A review of surveillance footage helped the officers identify their suspect.
A 39-year-old Chatham man is charged with mischief.
